Privacy
Draft wording for the pilot. Safety, privacy, payment and shared-hire text must be reviewed by qualified legal and insurance professionals before launch.
What a passenger gives us
- A broad destination area, and a precise address or Eircode only where it is operationally necessary.
- Party size and when you will be ready.
- Optionally, an accessibility or assistance note.
- Optionally, a first name or initials and a phone number — only with your explicit consent.
No account is created and no payment details are collected.
Who can see it
Staff at the venue you requested from can see your request. An approved licensed provider sees the broad destination and party size on the opportunity board, and the fuller detail needed to complete the journey only after they accept it. Venues cannot see other venues' requests and providers cannot see work they are not eligible for or have not accepted.
Your status link
Your status page is reachable by an unguessable link. Anyone with the link can see the journey status, so only share it with people you want to have it.
Location data
Vehicle location points exist only while an assignment is active and are deleted when the journey completes or is cancelled. Passenger devices are not tracked.
Pilot evaluation exports
Exports for pilot evaluation are de-identified by default. They exclude names, phone numbers and precise destinations, and instead contain broad area, time band, party size, request status, wait time, an assistance flag and pseudonymous venue and provider references.
